Polka Dot Tulle! Everyone loves Polka Dots! Fabulous white tulle with gold metallic glitter polka dots. Dress up your wedding favours and give them the illusion effect - use polka dot tulle on it's own or as an enhancement to the single colour tulle. Looks stunning as an overlay. This is the soft tulle (similar to that used in bridal veils) so it is easy to work with and soft against the skin.
